political arm of California Apartment Association (CAA). CAA is the largest statewide rental housing trade association
in the country committed to protecting the interests of rental
housing
owners and managers.
CAAPAC is dedicated to the protection,
preservation and advancement of the rental housing industry. CAAPAC
makes political contributions to candidates for public office who
are receptive to the concerns of rental property owners and managers
statewide.
